About Valentino

Valentino Ristorante opened its doors in February of 2002. Caffe Valentino's opening followed in March of 2003 and Valentino on the Square had its grand opening in September 2004. Cosimo Tricarico, the owner of the three restaurants, always dreamt of opening his own restaurant in America and bringing the flavors of original Southern Italian cuisine to his menus. The taste of Tricarico's speciality dishes—homemade pastas and seafood risottos—come from his hometown in Italy. Each restaurant has its own feel and decor that is unique to its name and all three restaurants are a perfect place to celebrate any occasion.
